Description

The experience of emotion is such a major aspect of our lives that it is tightly linked to our subjective quality of life, relationships, health and perception of the world.

​

In this focus area we explore what emotions are, their purpose, their dimensions and how they function. We'll develop an understanding stress management, anxiety treatment and how to guide our emotions, so that they can guide us more effectively.
